Land Prices in St Lucia Caribbean
Residential and agricultural land prices in St Lucia have remained the same in 2020, but expects to increase with the role out of the Citizenship by Investment Real Estate Programs, Cabot Saint Lucia Golf at Cap Estate, Canelles Resort in Micoud & Hyatt Hotel in Choisuel.
St Lucia’s residential property prices are likely to increase by nearly 20-30 % in 2018 as developers begin to purchase property through the Real Estate option under the St Lucia citizenship by Investment program. Already land prices in Vieux-Fort is between US$8 – US$15 and this is expected to increase as plans for Pearl of the Caribbean project is unfolding.
